As the season shifted, so did we—stepping into spring with fresh energy, deeper community ties, and a strong pulse on the real estate market.

From welcoming new faces to joining national masterminds, our team has been sharpening our skills and expanding our reach. Darlene and Christina kicked off April by attending the LeadUp conference by Glover U, and just weeks later, they joined the Detroit Producers Mastermind, bringing back insights to better serve our clients. We also had the opportunity to connect with local homebuyers at the Ann Arbor Housing Commission’s Home Buyers Summit, and officially welcomed Jordan Sparks to our team on March 12!

On the community side, we’ve been just as engaged. Our Easter Egg Hunt in April brought neighbors together in a joyful spring tradition thanks to the efforts of Marie, Kelley, Dan, and Maria. And on April 26, our team gathered again for a Blanket Making Event—turning cozy fabric into thoughtful gifts for those in need.

Meanwhile, the market is steadily shifting. As of April 2025, median sale prices are up 6.11% year-over-year, and average days on market remain relatively short, reflecting a competitive environment. The Q1 data shows that average sale prices rose over 6% compared to the same period last year, even as the absorption rate remained stable. What does that mean for you?
